As a client, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them. MegaServ retains the right to use generic tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the project. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or agreements. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit may be required before work begins. Outstanding balances are due upon completion of the agreed milestones.

6. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided based on the agreed scope of work. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline. We will communicate any changes to the estimated timeline promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaServ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
